PRO TIP:
- Use your fingers or a brush it really doesn't matter
- Rub your finger or brush over the color you want to use for a couple of seconds to warm it up
- Make sure you have enough on your finger or brush and then you can apply to your lips as little or as much as you would like
- If you are feeling clever try using your brush to draw a lip line with your lipstick and then fill in the rest
- Once you have finished blot your lips and apply another coat
